Gift Cards Definitions:
Gift Cards shall mean both physical cards (“Physical Gift Cards”) and eGift cards, received via email(“eGift Card”).

5. Does the Gift Card ever expire?
Gift Cards will expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use and the balance will be deducted. If you have zero balance on your GiftCard for 65 days with no activity (purchases, balance enquiry and top ups etc)then the Gift Card will expire.
6. Can I receive cash back on funds I have placed in my Gift Card?
A: No your Gift Card may be redeemed for products only and may not be exchanged for cash.
7. What happens if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Please treat Gift Cards like cash. TGJones cannot replace or reimburse the balance if the Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged.
8. How many Gift Cards can I use during one transaction/purchase?
You can use up to 5 Gift Cards in any in-store or online transaction. Please note that the same Gift Card cannot be used twice within the same transaction.
9. Where do I find my Gift Card PIN number?
The 4 digit PIN number can be found on the reverse of theGift Card, underneath the scratch off panel or listed on the Digital Gift Card.

15. Can I send a personal message with the Gift Card?
Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your Gift Card online. Your message will be included with your order.
16. What will happen after I place my order online?
We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. If you have purchased this Gift Card for yourself it will be sent directly to you in a separate email, which will allow you to open the Gift Card to add to your digital wallet or view and print. If you have purchased the GiftCard as a gift, this will be sent directly to the named receiver.
If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.
17. What are the payment methods online?
Payment can be made via VISA or Mastercard debit or credit card.
18. What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read "Diggecard".
